Peak Capture Sports Media Day Instructions and Payment

We’re excited for your Media Day! Please review the information below so we can keep everything organized, efficient, and fun for the athletes.

THE PROCESS

1. Individual Photos

• Each participating athlete will receive 3 individual poses.

• Athletes should come prepared with ideas for poses they want. Feel free to get creative!

2. Team Photos

3. Freestyle, Group & Buddy Photos

This is where we have some fun! Participating athletes will have an opportunity to:

• Take action-style photos

• Try additional poses

• Take group photos

• Take buddy/friend photos

PAYMENT

The session fee for each athlete is $40. Please pre-pay online or bring cash.

ATHLETES NOT PARTICIPATING

Athletes who choose not to participate in the paid Media Day session may still be included in their team photo. They will not be eligible for Individuals or Group and Buddy time.

BEFORE MEDIA DAY

Please make sure participating athletes:

• Have completed payment online or bring cash on Media Day.

• Have a screenshot of their receipt if they prepaid online.
